RATES AND FEES

Sessions are scheduled for 45-50 minutes.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Intake Evaluation: $250

Therapy Sessions: $200

COUPLES THERAPY

Intake Evaluation: $300

Therapy Sessions: $250

MEDITATION TRAINING

Will discuss rates in person.

CLINICAL CONSULTATION:

$200 per hour

Please note that letter writing and phone calls taking more than 15 minutes are billed at rate of $200.00 per hour, and are prorated to a reasonable cost.

I accept cash, check, credit cards.

INSURANCE

I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Tufts.

The Co-pay will be collected at the time of visit.

If you are self-paying, you will be responsible for the entire fee at the time of visit.

If you have out of network benefits with another insurance, upon request I will provide you with a billing statement that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

CANCELLATIONS

I understand that unexpected things come up that may interfere with your therapy appointments. I will practice with flexibility as best I can. If you are unable to come to your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within the 48 hours, you will be responsible for paying the full session fee. If your child is sick, I will offer Telehealth in order to help you keep your appointment,.
